Quality Control

Four Quality Gates Before Loading

We don't just inspect at the end, quality is verified at every stage from harvest to fumigation. If a batch fails any gate, it never sees the inside of a container.

  1. Gate 1

    Field Inspection

Each partner farm is inspected pre-harvest for grass maturity, color, and field hygiene.

  2. Gate 2

    Moisture & Protein Lab Test

Samples are analyzed in our partner lab, moisture must be under 12% before any bale leaves the field.

  3. Gate 3

    Double-Compression Baling

Bales are machine-pressed for export-grade density, strapped, and stored on raised pallets.

  4. Gate 4

    Pre-Shipment Fumigation

Methyl bromide or aluminum phosphide treatment under MoA-approved supervisors at Karachi Port.

Common Questions

Buyer FAQ

  • What payment terms do you accept?

  • Can I order a sample before placing a container order?

Yes, we ship sample bales to verified buyers via DHL or air freight. Sample weight, MOQ, and lab reports are confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • How are bales protected during sea freight?

Every bale is double-compressed and strapped, then loaded on dunnage to prevent contact with the container floor. Containers are inspected for moisture and odor before sealing.
